Vallecito Lake at 7600 ft. with 22 miles of forested shoreline is a summer water-sports playground located in a beautiful mountain valley of Southwest Colorado. Our lakeshore location with picnic tables, playground, lawn furniture and gas grills provide you the best opportunity to enjoy the fine fishing from your grassy lawn or relax with a book as the waves break on the shore nearby, We thank you for your interest in Croll Cabins and hope we can provide you a memorable vacation at magnificent Vallecito Lake.

Reservations-

The cabins are rented by the night so please specify reservations by the nights of occupancy. |

Check-in time is from 3 to 9 PM |

Check-out time is 10 AM. |
|
A reservation deposit of 50% of the Total Rental Cost must be received within 1 week after reservation is made to hold rental dates. This deposit must be personal check or money order. |
|
The remaining rent and a $100 damage/cleaning deposit per cabin are due 1 month before arrival date. |
| Reservations are limited to 7 nights of stay (Saturday through Friday night) until May 1st. |
|
Bring your own linens (sheets, towels, and kitchen linen), OR linen fee of $10 per person per stay. |
|
Guests are responsible for cabin cleanup before departure (supplies are furnished). |
|
No Smoking in Cabins. |

Refunds/Cancellations-
|
Deposits are refundable (minus a $25 accounting fee) with 30 days or more cancellation notice prior to check-in date. |
|
Refunds will be made on cancellations of less than 30 days notice for those days for which the cabin is re-rented. |
|
NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURE. |
Pet Policy:
|
There is a $10/per dog/per night charge and pets must be approved prior to arrival. |
|
Only well-behaved dogs are welcome and must be controlled/leashed when outside. |
|
Pets are not permitted on the furniture (this includes beds) and CANNOT be left unsupervised in cabins (dog care can be requested). |
|
Guests are responsible for clean up after their dogs inside cabins and out. |
|
Pets are not allowed in Peterson Porch (Cabin 6). |
